Time to make progress

Was 232 (post "coffee"/ per breakfast) on Sunday. A little disheartening. Time to lose some weight and make some progress. Will start posting here regularly then.

Monday is was "good" but that meant eating too little.

Gym this AM.

10 weeks to the ride. I'll hope to stay aggressive and get to 210 by then. Below 200 by end of summer would be awesome.
